I honestly don’t know what’s going on…
I don’t know if it’s because of the war in Ukraine…
or because everyone is fed up with the life they lead…
for whatever reason,
the reality is that Altea is full of tourists,
or of people who have come to live here,
I deduct it because it is very difficult to find a property for rent
and I do the shopping in the supermarkets,
I don’t know what time to go so as not to find them full of foreigners filling the shopping carts…..
Crazy world…
As long as we continue like this
we will not fit in this small and beautiful town….

INE: The sale of homes signs its best month in almost 14 years in February
In the second month of the year, 53,623 home sales were registered,
the highest since April 2008 Home sales in Spain continue to rise.
