prepare myself to the maximum physically and mentally …

2.-Yoga and Pilates 2 times a week

3.-Hike with slopes 2 times a week

4.-Weights 2 times a week in my private gym (you have already seen it in photos)

5.-Rigorous diet. This is the most important

And in March I will come out to develop my full potential!

IT’S ME TRAINNING!

I CAN’T SKIP ANY STEP

f you fail in one of them,

I prepare a detox tea with grated ginger, turmeric, a touch of pepper (they say it helps turmeric to be more effective), and the juice of a lemon.

I leave it 7-8 minutes to do it and go back to my meditation corner that I already presented in other blogs

MY SPECIAL CORNER

From there I leave new

and prepared for the exercise routine that touches me, be it weights, walking or yoga and Pilates.

Then shower and have breakfast.

When I do, it will have been between 12 and 15 hours since dinner (intermittent fasting),

and then to work

Although my work can be on the computer, visiting houses, taking pictures, having coffee with clients (or alone) …
