Good morning friends!
Today is Friday!
Do you remember when we all worked?
And Friday arrived and it was wonderful because the weekend was coming?
What a good times!
Now many are at home without knowing what to do … and without a penny!
What times these now that we have to live!
But like everything in life, the reality of each one is different.
Some (many) will be as I say,
Others will be working twice as hard (Hospital’s workers for example), and earning the same.
Others will continue taking money doing nothing (politicians for example)
Others will be working hard without earning a penny (like the man who writes here)
And others will be making money on the blanket at home.
There must be everything in the Lord’s vineyard!
But hey, the reality is that time flies by (at least for me), and I don’t see that this is going to change much in a short time,
I do see that things are becoming very polarized in all senses, both politically and economically.
And that this is going on a path of no return.
I no longer want to go into politics because I get sick …
And in the economic one I see it more and more clearly.
As my 5G Plasma ball has already said a thousand times, only a very small percentage of the world’s population will have the “big dough”, and the rest …
pizza and Netflix! (those who can afford them, of course)

In this blog the only news that I am going to highlight is the following:
“The Covid takes out 207,000 companies and 323,000 freelancers in just half a year
The survival rate for companies with fewer than five employees closed the third quarter at 78%, according to the INE “

“This is the balance published this Wednesday by the National Institute of Statistics (INE), in its first analysis of business demography in the face of the pandemic.”
“Although the figures cover the first nine months of 2020, taking into account that the worst part began with the confinement decreed on March 14, the balance speaks of a loss of about 1,150 companies a day in little more than half a year.”
“A blow that, according to the data, hit smaller companies, which explains the magnitude of the economic impact of this crisis in a country of SMEs like Spain.”
And this in the first 9 months of the year.
The last quarter of 2020 is missing and I do not want to imagine what is coming this year… ..

My 5G Plasma ball assures me that Altea will concentrate a part of that small percentage that the “big money” has
Despite the fact that prices do NOT drop and there are almost NO customers, more properties have been sold than we could imagine….
And so you can see what is already starting to happen, this week THREE owners have raised the price:

Obviously they are very special properties because with these characteristics there is not much offer, therefore whoever wants them will have to pay for them.
And also spectacular houses are being built.
I am handling big money clients, just like other colleagues of mine.
That at the moment we will not close operations is absolutely normal due to the great uncertainty that exists and that delays decision-making,
And also the damn banks are not helping at all, but the customers are there, crouched waiting …
many people have realized that they don’t need to be present always in the office for business,
and that they can control everything very comfortably from home or on a terrace in the sun …
And what better than in Altea?
In addition, if they are from Madrid they are just over 3 hours from the office, and almost the same if they are from Belgium, Holland or France,
so they can live wonderfully well in a villa here and go to their office once or twice a month.
What more could they want?

And corroborating the above, the other day I went to Puerto Campomanes to have a coffee,
And since you have to take it standing up or on a bench like a “homeless”, I went for a walk around the port,
I was impressed by the boats out there.
I would say that in the 25 years that I have been in the area I have never seen such nautical power
