Copy of the Deed of Sale.
Copy of the last receipt paid from IBI and Solid Waste Collection (garbage)
Electricity, water and gas bills.
Certificate of the Administrator of the Community of Owners as debt free.
Certificate of Habitability or Second Occupancy issued by the City Council.
Energy Efficiency Certificate.
