Today I am going to deal with a very serious topic.
The BARE ownership.
It is a serious issue because it deals with older people.

Can you imagine a person or a marriage that they have worked all their life and when they retired they had their house paid and a pension that more or less allowed them to live comfortably …
At that moment they were promised happy but they made a mistake: they didn’t calculate the increase in prices of food, restaurants, gasoline, electricity, etc.
I know many cases like that.
They get scared and they start to restrict expenses, they don’t go out, they buy food of a lower quality because it has a better price etc.
At first it is only a precaution, but then terror begins to enter.
Why? Because they no longer see themselves in physical and even psychic conditions to earn money
And in most cases the family does not even realize …

What I do?
An assessment of the property is made, and based on the age of the owner (s) the value of the usufruct in question is calculated (it will depend on the life estimate). Established both values, the BARE ownership and the USUFRUCT (the right to use), then the property is offered to investors.
