Why did I put this name on my first blog of the year 2020?
Because as I told you in my last blog of 2019, a new age for me began
But I am going to tell you a secret: and you do me the favor of not telling anyone?
I have taken the crystal ball from the workshop and when consulting it, and it has confirmed to me what I already advanced in other blogs,
that the world this year will change a lot,
so according to my little understand, that means that a new age begins to many, not only for me …
!
Let’s go by parts:
On the one hand, the invasion in our lives, not only at the level of Spain, but worldwide, of 5G.
According to experts (and this is not mine because I have no idea about the subject), everything will go at a different speed (information, data, fake news, etc).
Can you imagine?,
if nowadays with the amount of information that our brain receives it collapses sometimes,
with much more and faster more than one will crack!
That on the one hand
On the other the politicians ambitious and liars who are ruling the world!
Where are they taking us?
Every man for himself!
Well, so far my pessimistic version of the current situation.
Now I really start my new age with the optimistic version to the fullest!
And I will try to give my vision of how I see it reality.

It does not have to coincide with that of others, including “experts” who know everything.
I will divide it into two segments:
The real estate and my professional staff.
Segment 1: Real Estate:
It is true and proven fact in Spain there are several different realities depending on what area, city or site we are talking about,
The one that interests us in my blog is Altea, and for me it is the following:
Here we also have different realities: there are areas that everything that goes on sale, if it is at a logical price, is sold
and other areas where it is much more difficult to sell even if the price is good.
But I repeat, and repeat with me: “if the price is a logical price”
I’m tired of seeing properties at expensive prices.
And the biggest problem we have is the lack of professionalism of many real estate agents and novice agents
who have no idea of what happens and make the owners believe,
in order to have the property for sale and be able to put their “sign”,
That the ridiculous price they put on their properties is correct.
Of course, when the professionals come and tell them the realistic price, they send us for a ride.
But well, time puts everyone in their place.
You can see the years that have been many properties for sale … and there are still ..
There must be a reason..
If I learned something during these years as a real estate professional, there is NO bad property to sell,
What is bad is the PRICE they have.
Be the biggest crap you can imagine, if the price is right, it is sold
Conclusion:
According to my point of view, in Altea 95% of the properties for sale must come down in price.
The majority is overrated.

Why do i do it?

It is clear that the real estate business is no longer the same, and it will change much more, so the classic real estate office for me no longer makes sense.
I don’t believe in the business model we use to have before.
I’m tired of directing and advising the staff, employees and others to finish ALWAYS doing the job myself and they take the money, not me. And don’t forget, it is also the Government …
Now I will work for me
Whoever believes in that business model, to continue, and to be lucky….
In the new model, the topic contacts, mass media and coworking is imposed. (My God, how do I master the new terms!)
Therefore, I will try to improve on all this. I hope to get it
On the other hand, every day I have clearer that we have to differentiate ourselves a lot from the massification that is invading us in all the senses and professions, the internet noise that they call, so the only way I understand is to be more me, more personal, more original,
You have to be different than most.
