Monday 11/11
Today I start writing the blog
Today we are on Monday post-election.

And from what I read, we already have it again.
We are not even as before, but worse.
Not only do we have no government, but the PSOE even lost a majority in the Senate
What translated to a citizen on foot (I have read it, because I do not even have any idea) is that the new budgets in life will not be approved if government is not formed.
What seems to mean lack of control, quarrels between parliamentary groups, I give this to you, you give me that, I put you away…….., ufff

More of the same…
How tired we are of it, at least I
And the capital too ..
More uncertainty, less investment

It’s that simple
The truth is that I don’t follow politicians and politics really gives a damn
But gentlemen, just like you, it also affects my pocket.
Luckily, Altea is such a beautiful place, so quiet and with such an exceptional climate that people who are increasingly tired of big cities, stress and bad weather, continue to see it as the dream paradise to live …

And they keep buying, and renting …
Ughf, less bad
Who doesn’t want to live here?

Regardless of each other’s political ideas, I suppose you will agree with me (except politicians) on one thing I read the other day:
It seems that the Vox party said:
They proposed that politicians don’t take payments until they form a government ..
I thought it was great!
Like the self-employed, and the small entrepreneurs,
Come on, like most of the people in this holy country.
If you are one of these, until you have done the work you do not charge.
For example, if I don’t sell a house or make a rental I don’t charge one euro,
normal, right?
That’s why I put the batteries on.
Because I not only play to pay expenses, taxes etc, but I play until I can eat.
So for the account that brings me …
But if I have in the bank every month 8 or 10,000 Euros for walking around saying nonsense and from meeting to meeting doing nothing, I don’t care…..
The truth is that I would not care if there is government or not
I do mine, and as long as I do not give anything in my posture … how cool I am!
We wear it, folks!
Tuesday 12/11
I have not touched the super 11 (€ 11,000,000 in the draw of the ONCE)

I don’t even got refund !!!
You have to continue working Micheletti!
Wednesday 11/13
WE HAVE GOVERNMENT!

Wow, how fast this time!
Would it be fixed before if what happened?
Friends, we will never know that, only they know …
We, to ours
And what will happen now with housing, real estate investments, rents …

I do not know
As Isra Bravo says: “I don’t have the crystal ball, I have left it to be repaired in the workshop”

But well, since I’m a daring, I’m going to take a chance with a forecast and I don’t think it’s very original, since they are all saying it over there: “the one that comes over us!”
Seeing, as my friend Jay says “there are those who see the bottle half empty and who sees it half full”
If we see it empty: not even a dog house will be sold.

They will regulate the rental prices so that companies dedicated to it will run out of Spain. The banks will be fried with taxes so the prices of mortgages will rise. Entrepreneurs are going to raise their contributions, to the self-employed the contribution base, they will raise the minimum wage so many people will be unemployed and therefore companies will not contract workers etc. etc

Consequence: if someone wants to sell, will have to lower the price. Yes or yes
If we see the half-full bottle: at least in Altea, as foreigners who seek to escape the bad weather and prices in their countries continue to come, they will find Spain cheap and with more accessible housing prices, so it is not necessary to be a genius to deduce that more homes will be sold.
It’s that simple
You see, that in the end in this life everything is fixed?
Let’s not worry anymore, and as I said in the previous blog: out the fears, and let’s go ahead!
And here I leave some photos to see if you agree with me:

After you have seen them, and enjoyed them, I ask you a question:
How are we not going to continue selling houses in this wonderful place?
Have a nice weekend
