Real Estate Blog September 2024
We are back at school……
And so that you don’t lose track of everything that is happening in Altea and its surroundings in the real estate market, here are some highlights (wow, how I am! What a level!)

Let’s go with the news.
News number 1:
Francis Fernández (SIRA-Spanish International Realty Alliance): “Everyone wants to come and live in Spain”
The truth is that I don’t know who this man is because I don’t know him at all. But I totally agree with him.
In a few years we won’t fit here…
Where are you going to live better?
Spectacular climate, you eat until you burst and everything is exquisite… and on top of that, it’s cheap!
They even suck the corks off bottles, they use our social security for free….
And if that weren’t enough, we Spaniards treat them like motherfuckers!
Francis Fernandez says: “Spain is in fashion for foreign buyers and that housing prices will maintain an upward trend in the coming months due to high demand and low supply, although he believes that the increases will be contained, “without fanfare”.
Here I add: it will always depend on the area.
In some areas they will rise moderately and in others they will go, as we Argentines say, to hell!.

And in Altea? I won’t even tell you!

NOW SPECIFIC NEWS ABOUT ALTEA:
Altea News 1:
The works on the Algar and Mascarat viaducts of the TRAM force the activation of a bus between Altea and Calp
The construction works of the new Algar and Mascarat viaducts in Altea will force the start of a TRAM bus service in this area.
Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV) will offer from this Monday a substitute bus service between the stations of Altea and Calp of Line 9 Benidorm-Dénia, as a consequence of these works.
From the beginning of the service, the alternative bus transport will make the five stops of Altea, Garganes, Cap Negret, Olla Altea and Calp.
The stops have been installed next to the five stations affected in this section, as reported this Friday by the Ministry of Environment, Infrastructure and Territory.

To finish the blog, a final reflection:
In the near future, we will have an Altea ideal for “gasoline” tourists, those who walk a lot and spend little, to see “the Spanish Santorini” and eat a sandwich on the bench in the Town Hall Square…..(that is something I saw with my eyes this summer…)
and on the other hand, the “quiet” rich people will come (they won’t bring the Ferrari), to rest and go unnoticed because the properties prices will be only for them.
Welcome everyone.
Greetings
