You know, processed foods, pastries, etc. etc. All out. Forget them!<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-48221\" src=\"https:\/\/abelmicheletti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG20260209184238-1-rotated.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"135\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abelmicheletti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG20260209184238-1-rotated.jpg 954w, https:\/\/abelmicheletti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG20260209184238-1-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 239px) 100vw, 239px\" \/><\/p><p>3. <strong>Do excercise;<\/strong> that is, do aerobic and strength training.<\/p><p>4. <strong>Keep moving<\/strong>\u2014that means no couch, no Netflix, no elevators, walk as much as you can&#8230;<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-48231\" src=\"https:\/\/abelmicheletti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/f685de69a4f87a741b7d5dbefaa130cb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"209\" height=\"279\" title=\"\"><\/p><p><strong>But above all, maintain a positive attitude<\/strong> toward life and its circumstances.<\/p><p><strong>Cultivate friendships<\/strong> and social relationships, and most importantly: have a goal that motivates you to get up every day with joy and good humor, despite the aches and pains that come with age.<\/p><p><strong>Find something you truly enjoy doing,<\/strong> something that brings you pleasure.<\/p><p>Anything.<\/p><p>Everyone has their own preferences.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-48226\" src=\"https:\/\/abelmicheletti.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG20250719185500.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"198\" height=\"264\" title=\"\"><\/p><p><em>I love do excercise<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>And above all, <strong>learn to say no.<\/strong><\/p><p>To love yourself, pamper yourself, and give yourself pleasure.<\/p><p>Remember that life is short, very short, and that tomorrow you might not be in this world anymore&#8230;<\/p><p><em>So enjoy everything you want&#8230; and can!<\/em><\/p><p>You&#8217;ll see how you see everything differently.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>And one last piece of advice: <strong>get rid of all the toxic people<\/strong> around you, those who don&#8217;t add value to your life.
