If there’s one place in the world where you can radically change your life, it’s called Altea.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

It’s such a beautiful place<\/strong>, with so many wonderful beaches, surrounded by mountains and forests, that if you don’t know it when you come, you’ll be amazed.<\/p>\n

You can also get lost in the steep alleys of the Old Town<\/strong><\/em><\/a> and dine on some of the many magnificent terraces with sea views, serving the Mediterranean Diet,<\/strong> ideal for your health (and figure).<\/p>\n

It’s also so well connected by highway with the AVE (High Speed \u200b\u200bTrain) to Madrid, and the airports of Alicante and Valencia are just over an hour away, that a huge number of foreigners who work remotely are already coming to live there for much of the year.<\/p>\n

It’s the ideal location.<\/p>\n

Altea has changed my life.<\/strong> I’ve adopted the Mediterranean food and style of living and became an specialist in Mediterranean Longevity.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I’ve already started giving talks to small groups with very satisfactory results.<\/p>\n

Go take a look at Stoic Philosophy<\/strong> and take good note of what you must change if you don’t want to go crazy with what is going to come.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I recommend three golden books:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This first one was the one that awakened my curiosity about Stoic Philosophy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I recommend it to you<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This second can be a good introduction.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

It is written by two executives who are not philosophers, which always helps to understand better for those of us who do not know philosophy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

And I recommend reading these two first, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Invicto, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

and then Pigluicci’s, since this man is already a philosopher and specialist on the subject.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I hope they benefit at least a little.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Whatever you can apply to your life, that you will gain.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
