After living in different cities around the world, learning about new cultures, and absorbing the different identities and idiosyncrasies of each people, I’ve finally found a wonderful place in this world that can meet almost all of my expectations (totality is impossible).<\/p>

No more couch surfing and Netflix.<\/p>

Because of the wonderful climate we have almost year-round (more than 300 days of sunshine a year) and mild temperatures, it’s the ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.<\/p>

Every day, I see more young people coming to live here and continuing to work remotely, or retirees who spend much of the year in Altea.<\/p>

It’s perfectly connected to the airports of Alicante and Valencia and the AVE (high-speed train) station to Madrid.<\/em><\/p>

What more could you ask for?<\/p>

Yes, there’s even more…<\/p>

Prices in this area<\/strong> are still dirt cheap compared to other coastal areas in Spain and the rest of the world…<\/p>

And I’m not even talking about the big cities…<\/p>

So take advantage before others wake up and get ahead of the game.<\/p>

Find a property that gives you the quality of life you deserve…<\/p>

Get away from the hustle and bustle and come live in the Mediterranean…<\/p>
