I remember when I came to Altea, that house wasn’t built yet, but those plots really caught my attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every time I walked down the main avenue and saw the views\u2026 and they were also almost flat, something that’s very difficult to find in the area\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had them for sale, and they were, if I remember correctly, owned by a Russian, but one day they told me they had been sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A while later, they began construction on the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I always thought there were some privileged people in the world. Well, whoever bought them knew what they were getting!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aside from the incredible views, the house is very spacious and comfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps since it’s old, it needs a touch of modernization, which the new owner will obviously do to their liking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are all kinds of possibilities\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my opinion, regarding potential clients, I think it’s a perfect house for important people who don’t want to draw attention to themselves.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, I think it’s ideal for a young, famous athlete because from the outside you wouldn’t guess what kind of house it is, which in these unusual times is a real plus for security and peace of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It doesn’t have an elevator (although one could be installed if desired), and the lower floor has a magnificent space for setting up a spectacular gym!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Huge living rooms, a huge kitchen, and tons of bedrooms and bathrooms\u2026 And the views? Incredible!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You could even add a padel court! Which is so popular these days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Has a closed garage for 8 luxury cars<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And all the safety measures you can imagine!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Altea Golf Club is just minutes away, and all the shopping options in Altea, Calpe, and Altea La Vella are just steps away\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
