Italian father, born in Argentina
He was born in La Plata city and lived there until he was 25.
There, he studied Mechanical Engineering, and since math wasn’t his thing, He became a medical representative for Abbott Laboratories.
When he was living well, he left everything: home, family, and work, to go on an adventure…
From Argentina to Europe with no money and only a few phone numbers.
He arrived in Barcelona and from there began a journey of almost two years, during which he lived and worked in various jobs in Barcelona, Mallorca, Vigo, Stockholm, and Milan, before finally settling in Madrid.
There, he became an advertising model for the Maroe Agency and did runway shows for various brands such as Jesús del Pozo, Givenchi, El Corte Inglés, and more.
While continuing to practice his favorite sport: Taekwondo
He got married and opened a wholesale women’s fashion store.
and he continued his work as an advertising model for 12 years.
One day, tired of the business, he sold everything and went to live in London for almost a year.
He returned to Madrid, now divorced, and was appointed director of the Príncipe Sports Wellness Center and Spa at 240 Serrano Street.
There he met Prince Philip (current King of Spain)
And to his family
He remarried… and divorced.
Around that time, together with two friends, Gonzalo de la Herrán and Ricardo Reese, they founded the Madrid Padel Federation, and he was the first International Referee. he spent two years organizing tournaments throughout Spain (at that time, there wasn’t the money there is today, 30 years later).
Tired of Madrid and escaping his comfort zone, he came to live in Altea, where he started working in real estate.
The year was 1995.
In 1997, he had the opportunity to open a real estate office in Gijón (Asturias), and he headed there.
But the dreary climate drove him back to Altea after a year and a half.
In 2000, with a partner opened an office in Puerto Campomanes, and in 2003, the one in Mascarat, which he opened alone.
In the meantime, in 2001, he met his third wife: Cecilia Callegari.
In 2015, he opened two real estate offices with a Russian partner: Ellite Properties.
One in the center of Altea and another in Puerto Campomanes.
Things didn’t work out. they separated in 2018.
And he separated from Cecilia in 2019. From then on, everything spiraled downwards, culminating in the lockdown in March 2020.
And everything changed drastically…
Lockdown changed his life, like that of so many others...
Lack of movement and spending long hours sitting in front of a computer finally destroyed his back.
Operations or a wheelchair…
Too much intense exercise, coupled with his age, plus a financial and emotional crisis, would have brought down an elephant… but not Abel.
He decided not to have surgery.
And right at that moment, he discovered Stoicism.
By changing his attitude, EVERYTHING changed.
Meditation, a very healthy diet, and calorie reduction, in addition to a strict core-strengthening plan…
His goals and his way of life completely changed!
He is now a specialist in living well, helping others achieve their dreams, and practicing “Mediterranean Longevity.”
