I remember when I came to Altea, that house wasn’t built yet, but those plots really caught my attention.

Every time I walked down the main avenue and saw the views… and they were also almost flat, something that’s very difficult to find in the area…

I had them for sale, and they were, if I remember correctly, owned by a Russian, but one day they told me they had been sold.

A while later, they began construction on the house.

I always thought there were some privileged people in the world. Well, whoever bought them knew what they were getting!

Aside from the incredible views, the house is very spacious and comfortable.

Perhaps since it’s old, it needs a touch of modernization, which the new owner will obviously do to their liking.

In my opinion, regarding potential clients, I think it’s a perfect house for important people who don’t want to draw attention to themselves.

For example, I think it’s ideal for a young, famous athlete because from the outside you wouldn’t guess what kind of house it is, which in these unusual times is a real plus for security and peace of mind.

It doesn’t have an elevator (although one could be installed if desired), and the lower floor has a magnificent space for setting up a spectacular gym!

Huge living rooms, a huge kitchen, and tons of bedrooms and bathrooms… And the views? Incredible!

You could even add a padel court! Which is so popular these days.
